Cancelling your membership
Refund within 14 days
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order online, up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
You need to notify Kondor Kidz that you wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing us at email@example.com.
You will receive a full refund of your first monthly payment. There are delivery fees when returning a your set, which contribute to the cost of the courier. See below for more details. This does not affect your consumer rights
Cancelling after 14 days
If you are wanting to cancel your membership and returning goods, to be eligible for the cancellation process, you must have had your subscription for a minimum of 3 months a cancellation. To cancel login to Kondor Kidz and go onto your account and cancel your subscription from there.
Kondor Kidz will cancel your monthly payments once the set has been returned to our warehouse, and refund any surplus payments that may have occurred whilst the clubs were in transit.
Returning Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty and don’t do what they’re supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act as you have when buying face to face.
In this case, we need to be contacted within 14 days from the delivery date. Drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not attempt repairs yourself without contacting us beforehand.
